Article 4 Customization and Collection of work uniforms


1. Service life of work uniforms: (Winter and summer) Work uniforms each last for two years. Within two years, the company will uniformly collect the winter uniforms. After two years, the collection is voluntary.


2. The logistics warehouse should regularly take stock of work uniforms and, based on the entry and exit of employees and inventory conditions, promptly report and apply for purchase, ensuring sufficient quantity for use. And organize replacement in a timely manner according to the service life and seasonal changes.


3. When ordering work uniforms, it is necessary to choose a custom manufacturer based on the principle of comparing three or more options. Before customization, a contract (or agreement) should be signed to clearly specify the quantity, material, size specifications, delivery date, price, tax points on the invoice, acceptance standards, trademark usage norms, and other customization requirements. When the work uniforms arrive at the factory, they will be inspected and accepted by the administrative and human resources department and the warehouse keeper. After passing the inspection, they will be stored in the warehouse.

Iv. Regulations on Work Uniforms:

All staff members must wear work uniforms during working hours (whether they are working normally or working overtime), while they can wear casual clothes when on business trips or at other times.


When the company organizes large-scale collective activities, all personnel must dress uniformly as required.


      Article 5 Depreciation standards for work uniforms


Summer work clothes for employees are free to use, while depreciation fees are charged for winter work clothes.


2. If an employee leaves voluntarily, the full cost of the work uniform should be charged. Employees who go through the normal resignation process will be charged corresponding depreciation fees based on their length of service in the company.


3. When employees resign and go through the procedures, their work clothes should be washed and folded in advance before being returned to the warehouse keeper. The warehouse keeper will classify and store the work clothes according to their condition, so that they can be given priority for distribution and use next time.


4. If an employee's uniform cannot be worn to work due to loss, damage or other reasons within the prescribed usage period, the employee may directly apply to the Administration and Human Resources Department for purchase. After approval, the work uniform can be collected from the logistics warehouse, and the cost will be deducted from the salary. If the damage is intentional, in addition to paying an additional price for compensation, it will also be dealt with according to the severity of the circumstances.


5. If an employee needs to be issued additional winter or summer clothing due to the particularity of their position or job, the department where the employee works can apply. After approval by the company, the warehouse will distribute the clothing, and relevant registration work should be done well.
